>>714797130>>714798419I actually wanted to get Nuxi out of the way first because I think they're ugly, and Ji seems like a fitting second-to-last boss, combined with finding Lear's grave, etc. But I got lost in the empyrean district, decided "let me explore the grotto", accidentally found my way to the boss room and activated the fight, and then leaving would've made me lose like 5000 Jin.
>Ji himself has a pretty boring fightIt's not that hard, true, which is why I'm putting Jiequan still first because it was a lot more fast-paced. Ji feels like an endurance fight because he had what felt like a shitton of health, so it felt like I had to master all his attack patterns, and also make use of every opportunity to hit him with my sword for chip damage rather than just waiting for the designated pause for a full control proc.
The most boring fight to me so far has to be a tie between the sky rending claw and lady ethereal. The claw was easy as fuck except every attack stunlocks you (and I didn't have the rapid rise perk at that time - or still now, for that matter, I dunno why) so the first phase is just utterly boring and a waste of time, and then the second phase is equally boring unless you mess up even once at the wrong time and get stunlocked and knocked back through three lasers and instadie, having to do it all over again.
Ethereal has the same phase problem - the entire first phase is a joke, but you have to go through it every time. And the third phase always starts with a massive nuke attack, which alone took me like five tries to learn the timing to dodge before I could even start figuring out the rest of the third phase's fight, and every time you die it's back to spending like a minute waiting for the first phase to end.
