Framerate info usefulness goes without saying, it is the most important info. As for vram usage, if its near its max capacity, its time to tone it down with the mods or shaders a little bit, see which ones uses the most vram and what not, the rest of the info is pretty much useless yeah, I guess temp info could come in handy if you live in a hot area, in summer, and you haven't paid attention to cleaning the dust in a while now, or have a gpu known to burn its power cables like some in the RTX 50xx series.
