Lucas and Kojima have been completely vindicated at this point. Lucas sold off his company and Disney has struggled to make anything other than soulless slop out of it despite spending hundreds of millions per project. Kojima left Konami and they went a decade without making any games at all. It used to be common place to see Lucas and Kojima called hacks, now anyone who tries it is shit on relentlessly by zoomers who grew up with them. They both won in their own way.
