It's not actually drivers, new drivers are within 1% of launch drivers. It's just that newer games and games after updates run better on 9070 XT, regardless of driver version.

Don't get me wrong. 9070 XT is a great card. But the drivers were already good at launch. The difference is from games themselves.

It appears that HUnboxed fudged the data by not using consistent benchmarking practices. Whether they are just incompetent or it was done to purposely shill for AMD is up for debate.
In reality the drivers provide a margin of error change in performance.

HU benchmarked inside the game running and this guy benchmarked with the built in benchamrk, so since their results are different because they didn't even test the same way, that means HU is lying even though the guy didn't even check the same areas. This is maybe the third time I've seen this at this point.

What are they doing is COMPARING LAUNCH REVIEW DATA, not OLD DRIVER vs NEW DRIVER. TechYes did the later and he still found that its an improvement purely on driver part.
They even clarify that in that very video you try to claim as misleading.
