Or the opposite way around, it's very exploitable because you can overheal every turn but you cannot deal more damage after you already killed the enemy.

I want a EXP bonus gimmick that works like DBZ saiyans: surviving a battle with extremely low HP nets you bonus EXP. But now that I think about it kind of sounds abusable.

It could work if you also increase the likelihood of receiving a critical attack at low health, balancing the risk vs the reward.
