This won't work, i'm telling you, companies will never allow this. What they should have done is to ensure companies warn people about the possibility of terminating the products they offer before the purchase, that's it. It's people who with their money support whatever practices these fucking greedy companies opted to try to dry you out of money. Just be honest and tell people what they are paying for beforehand, a simple "We reserve the right to terminate this game whenever we want without any warn for whatever reason" warning just by the side of it's price.
Btw, you wouldn't buy a car if it had a "2 year lifespan" sign besides it, would you?
>bumps an actual vidya thread into the archives for this
I would support this if it would put Ubisoft out of business.
>>714873527 (OP)>companies will never allow this.I dont think you understand how trading law works. if its enforced then the companies either comply or die.
>>714873921the government of course.

>but they won't Enjoy getting fine'd to bankruptcy
>>714873527 (OP)You shoot high in negotiations so you get more once you settle woth the other party.
>actual video game threads died for this
SKT = Stop killing threads
>>714873527 (OP)>What they should have done is to ensure companies warn people about the possibility of terminating the products they offer before the purchase, that's it.they already do that with the "we can do whatever they fuck we want" clause, retard. without a specific end of life it's useless.
>>714874525the eula is available only after the purchase is done you fucking mongoloid
>>714873527 (OP)The only fair deals are a clear subscription with definite end date, you don't break my game, or a refund(like Concord). Everything else is gay and if you can't participate in the market fairly then fuck off so someone who can steps in.

What is their fucking problem?
It's fucking scary seeing how fast the industry is altering the narrative. We're seeing a lot more SKG = Gamergate as we inch closer to the deadline at the end of the month. We got to be fucking careful and not fall for their tricks.
Keep fucking fighting, we need to get the votes up to 2 million, send a message!
>>714875406Luxembourg is populated with nothing but rich bureaucrats
>>714875406Malta is populated entirely by old people, they don't play video games.
>>714873527 (OP)Yeah no.
Companies purposefully turn games that should be single player offline into ones that are online for the sake of pulling the plug and forcing people to play the next one ad infinitum.
Also this would completely kill off the whole live-service shit. No more sucking out money and then pulling the plug like in case of the 1st Overwatch.
>>714874581This, op is a nigger bitch and I ain't reading all that esl bullshit. Eat shit, you nasty dirty fucking indian!
>>714875406Threshold is based on EU representation and theirs is disproportionate to their population (because there's a minimum number).
