It's not going to be Hammerfall. It'll be Highrock with a build your own house of Wayrest or wherever. The ruins of (one of the) Orsinium, and Part of Hammerfell will be featured. You'll also have a customizable Sailing Ship, that will be slightly less of a loading screen disguiser than Starfields ships. (You will plot a course, sail the ship around a procgen square of ocean with some randomized POIs, reaching one of the edges will load you into the playable coast region of that plotted course)

I mean, you have a point: If I could become a female, I might do so under two cricumstances;
1. I can reverse it any time.
2. I do actually turn female. No, chopping my dick of and taking hormones doesn't count.

None of these will ever be true, and I am not dumb enough to convince myself, that you can actually turn female by undergoing surgery. I would never be satisfied by it, and could never lie to myself about it. You would need some actual magic to make this reality.
And we will probably not live to experience some advanced VR-shit, where your conciousness is actually transferred into a virtual world, with intact senses, and having the opportunity to be female in this VR.
I am not a woman and never will be. But having the option to become one at will would be awesome for the sexual experiences it opens up if for nothing else.
