Any sword-fighting game made for PC in which you actually have fine control over what your character does, such as Heretic 2, Jedi Knight series, or even things such as For Honor, Mordhau, or Hellish Quart. Although that last one is about as complex as Dark Souls, just without the jank. Any of the hundreds of shooters with no aim assist. Coincidentally, console peasants whose skill ceiling consists of putting up with jank for long enough to get used to it tend to be awful at these games...
