I'm about to do the first heist with Jackie. When does the game get good? I turned on all the fancy RTX effects to distract me from how boring all the characters are. I ran around the city doing side quests and none of it was particularly interesting so far. Does it actually get good at some point? I'm only a couple hours in so I'm still holding out hope.
