The point this headline is missing is that those games are bought on 80 - 90% discounts, or as filler in bundles that the customers buy because of other games in that bundle.
Nobody's paying 80 bucks for a game he won't play, but it's easy to drop 3 bucks for something that looks like it could be interesting after you're finished with whatever you're playing right now and then forget you ever bought it.
