Well Gabe was right. They just silently did it anyway. Now all content they release for their games is user generated, but you have to pay for it all in the form of gambling. This makes them billions of dollars. Gabe knew exactly what he was talking about, the problem is Besethda was insanely greedy and made it non palatable by trying to take 80% of the revenue of the endeavor.
