This for me too. BG3 was fun but not fun enough to deal with act 3, apparently. I didn't even get to the supposed bad parts yet of it and just felt like it was tedious and I moved on when approaching the gates of the city

I just canonized that Gale blows up at the beginning of the act in my head. Valid ending honestly even if it isn't perfect or anything

I'm not even sure if I finished Tenchu Z, it's been so long but I remember thinking "WHEN DOES IT END??!". it's something like 50 missions I think? too much filler, didn't have fun and I was a fan of the series.

I drop games all the time because they're simply too long. Yakuza 0 being the recent game. It's not too bad when the game stays entertaining but games like that just end up feeling like a drag beside first liking them. Takes me like months or years to feel motivated again to keep playing

No, I always try to finish a game I've started. One time I wanted to see why Persona 4 was so popular and I regret that decision to this day.
Kind of amazing that the owners of longcat or doge didn't try to bank on the meme. Maybe it helps that they were Japanese.

Persona 5. I loved the first 30 hours or so but the formula became way too repetitive and I dont really care about their whole movement or anything. The game was better off when the gang was tackling on personal agendas instead of thins bigger than themselves like japanese politics.
