Big companies chase trends, like looter shooters, tells studio to make game. They also impliment firing people every few years so no one knows anything and can't become senior and demand more money. This is a cost saving benefit, but it has long term problems.

The studio hires "new" people who are clueless, just came from a university day-care center, and are idiot twitter activists. They make up the majority fo the game studio and thus force weird shit like ugly women because they follow feminist design principles.

Game takes forever, since they're as cluless about making a game as designing characters. Game is either cancelled, or it ships to no audience.

This is the origin of the AAA Western studio collapse right now.

1. Certain investors or whatever the fuck gave 'em money to push for that garbage.
2. The companies hired lunatics who actually held the beliefs they intended to espouse through their games. These lunatics legitimately care more about virtue signalling and pushing their ideology than they care about making good video games which appeal to their audience, so once a company hired enough of these people then their work force was effectively fucked.
