They hyped it up as "the next Terraria", but it was in fact worse than Terraria. Everyone who paid money for this game felt scammed.

Layers upon layers of disappointment, broken promises, scams for "volunteer" developers, misleading half-truths and outright lies and obfuscation, drama basically every other month, and at the end of it all an essentially mediocre game that is more valuable as a platform for mods and community content than an actually enjoyable experience itself. It's as if the developers knew and didn't give a shit that the community is the only reason the game is remotely any good.
