comfy, slow-paced exploration with a little bit of horror thrown in. if you can stomach the somewhat clunky controls, it's pretty fun.

TR 1 and 2 are kino. TR3 is stupidly hard and confusing for no reason. TR4 is better but way longer, and you're kind of locked into just one environmental theme (Egypt). TR5 is trash but at least it's short. Haven't played AoD but I heard it's a buggy mess and jank controls. They probably fixed some of the worst issues but don't expect a miracle with the remaster.
