I got it at full price, no regrets. Apparently it's continued to sell well after its launch did a million, so steam sales probably won't drop it down super low for a while.

I do wish it had a Free Mode though. You can replay battles, but it's somewhat hidden within a clunky story menu system instead of just having a dedicated Free Mode menu.

There won't be Origins Empire because Origins is already Empire lite. This particular game got dropped. You won't even get a DLC for it let alone stand-alone expansions like Empires or XL.

You're getting Origins 2 with customizable character and playable roster. It's a pity this game's failed experiment of a story tarnishes future instalments that will use it as a basis.
