Armored Core lite, spooky megastructures, giant girl making cute noises, and Dark Souls' "dev ran out of time/ideas/enemies for the last 1/3 of the game" level design.
Also a secret melee weapon that gets a big damage bonus if you hit enemies while going FAST.

Sabi, the katana in the pic, just does a fuck ton of piercing phys damage, and can be used while zooming around. Melee skill points on the humanoid tuning are also some of the best scaling points. I ran most of the game with sabi and the basic ass arrowhead assault rifle. Ditched rear weapons cause they just slowed me down.

Murasama is the collab katana you get from the shop. Sabi is the hidden GOTTA GO FAST katana found in Arboreal Nest (small room right below the top floor's bridges).
Unfortunately Murasama is kinda bad (requires charging to deal good damage, slow, costs a shitload of energy), it's basically the greatsword without the range and the cool animation.
Sabi is fast, rewards FAST combat, and costs zero energy.

Yeah, if you like Armored Core's gameplay and wish the series had more exploration and secrets to find, you will enjoy it.

I couldn't stop playing this game. It's fun. There are a lot of things you can miss and find. Very nice world, I hope this becomes a series of games.
