I bought FF7 remake and rebirth for £43 recently and I've never played the original so the games are confusing as fuck and I have no idea what's going on. Pretty cool games though, I just started FF7 rebirth a few days ago.

Because throughout my life FF series has been almost non existent. I'm European so FF isn't some major franchise here like it is in US niche culture. The remakes put the game on the map for me. I wasn't really away of them prior.
