I actually think group Olm is a lot of fun and the second proper implementation of assignable roles that actually make sense from a gameplay perspective, with enough randomized attacks that reward quick thinking and methods to skip mechanics that reward a smoother boss fight. The final fights from ToB/ToA don't even come close, ToB in particular is so fucking boring and predictable you can probably master that shit in less than 5 attempts if you aren't a spud.
Solo is tile aids though.

Sailing is a skill that was sold entirely off of the unrealistic expectations of redditors who dreamed up big elaborate interpretations for how it would work without any thought as to whether that would be possible in the actual game - basically just extreme romanticization of the concept itself rather than the pitch
