well there are around 2 billion of them in the world and growing, and they do nepo hire a mass inflow of themselves to takeover every studio/corporation/business stupid enough to try to cost-save with them.
they also have all non-indians on the lowest rung of their caste system, so the joke is the more power they get the worse everyone else gets treated

so in the long-term indians can very much be proud to be indians at everyone elses expense.
