Best the first Shard. Does the gameplay improve much after that? Feels a lot less interactive than I thought it would be.

Just got the game today and got all the way to beating Shard 4. The level themes get changed up and there's more obstacles, but the core gameplay remains the same. You get cool items like the Time Stop orb and Hard Hat depending on what you roll in the shop.
