For story Burst Renewal and for girls Estival Versus since that one has the most of them. If you've never played a Senran game before then Burst Renewal since that's where the story starts

Burst Renewal is the oldest one canonically and Shinovi Versus is the oldest one by release.
Burst would make the most sense to be introduced to the world, but the series is fucking dead anyways. RIP titty ninjas.
