How do you motivate yourself to play games?

Do it after work amd working out for the day so it feels like a worthwhile treat for myself instead of being my raison d'etre
And by enjoying the shit I play and being open to trying new shit

I drink 3 cans of soda, order a burger from a mobile app, eat a pack of crisps, and drink an iced latte, daily, and then when I'm done agonizing in front of 4chan for half a day, I muster my courage to click the Home Button on the Switch 2 controller, and play more Breath of the Wild, which I have already beaten in the past.
