NOOO! AS A MILLENNIAL LET ME TELL YOU NOOO SWEETY! Only I, an 18 year old CHILD playing games for literal children got to experience the gamecube! And don't begin by rattling off about garage sales, flea markets, pre-owned games, everyone knows the milisecond something's out of the cultural zietgeist it disappears forever! You had to buy the gamecube DAY 1 because after that it stopped existing! EVERY ZOOMER WHO SAYS HE HAD A GAMECUBE GROWING UP IS FUCKING LYING!!!!!!! GET YOUR OWN FUCKING CHILDHOOD!!!! *screams so much his artisanal bowtie explodes*

Wind Waker was for 8-12 year olds which would have been late millennials when it came out

Do 5-7 year olds not play games or something? When everyone here talks about a first game experience it's often from when they were 3 or 4.

Do people only play games as soon as they come out?

As a 94 late millennial I do not fit in these memes. Got a GBA with supercircuit at 7 or 8yo Christmas, then GC with Sunshine and Melee for Birthday the year after that Christmas. The best parts of my childhood were Lego, GBA/ GC, and archery. Was a good time, can never go back as I'm a depressed schizophrenic (diagnosed) now with brain chemistry that barely allows me to play anymore.

Resident Evil Remake, Resident Evil 4, Killer 7, and Eternal Darkness were probably my most played GameCube games though. Remake I'd run that shit over and over again. 2 hours each clear.
