nta but I did for a long time. however there was one occasion I survived a 10 ft drop onto the concrete with no injuries and I stepped away from the hobby. I'd be ruined if I had to take 4-6 months off work due to a broken bone

Unique mechanical execution, don't really see similar controls outside of fighting games

simple mechanics but huge potential to get better with infinite trick combos, no bullshit getting in the way of the actual gameplay, the human brain is inherently programmed to find moving fast in this way fun.
