I love everything about the presentation, that it has an actual soulful non-minimalist UI again, the visual style is good, the music is banging, the animations are great, the tracks are really really good. Cartridges have a key attached to them, MIG copies it and if Nintendo notices that the cartridge with the same key is being played on 2 consoles at the same time it gets shitlisted and inserting it gets your console banned, if you contact Nintendo and provide proof that you bought the cartridge second hand (like this guy did) then your console and cartridge get removed get unbanned. Nintendo knows, there's more than one cartridge specific identifier on each and every single cart regardless of game. If your cart dump isn't totally one to one, you're still caught while using a MIG Switch. Both of you get banned too if you're both playing the same cartridge ID, like a MIG Switch backup and the original at the same time. The interesting part is they can tell your MIG Switch is fake, but only if put into a Switch 2, to my knowledge Switch 1 is still safe.
