The original GC North American, the European GameCube/Wii Trilogy, or the Remake Switch release? They're all different.

On paper the GameCube American first batch release is the best one, provided you can readjust to the controls, because of the number of exploits that allow funny sequence breaking which add replayablity. Then the discounted Player's Choice (20 dollars MSRP) fixed the bugs and readjusted the game to be like the European counterpart which removed all the funny exploits which only seasoned players could pull off.

The Wii trilogy port is the same as the European neutered version. The Switch remake gets rid of load times, adds many control options, and has remade textures. But it still runs on the fixed European neutered port changes that minimize sequence breaking exploits. If you're gonna play it once and be done it'll be fine. If you're a returning player you're gonna get mad by all the fun removals. It is priced reasonably lower than a full retail game despite being more than a remaster, but a near remake. A lot of yes/no because the GameCube controls...are dogshit, lol, I had to use modern controls on the Switch. I grew out of those old controls but who knows if you'll readjust.

No because they never remastered 2 and 3, which you are going to want to play after finishing the first game.

Are you intelligent? Yes. Are you retarded? Then no. Metroid Prime has a tendency to filter retards. And I first beat this game as a child who couldn’t even speak English at the time, so you have to be REALLY retarded to get filtered by Metroid Prime

Metroid Prime 3 is shit, sorry buddy. Prime 1 and Prime 2 are fantastic. Prime 3 being more combat focused isn't why its bad, but how much of a straight line it is because Wii want the casual gaming audience.

Prime 2 at this rate might drop on the GameCube Nintendo Switch Online 2 subscription a month before Prime 4 is out.

Once you finish the intro, Prime 3 lays out its progression almost identically to Prime 2

Yes. The whole Prime Trilogy is worth going through. Prime 2 is one to the best games ever made.

If you're talking the remaster specifically, it's good. All the geometry is the same and redone assets/art direction is faithful.

Backtracking hellscape. Everytime you get a power up, they expect you to run to the other side of map just to run back to where you just came from.

>Run back through area raping everything that was giving you trouble and grabbing previously inaccessible upgrades using the new power up
This is good design

I'm saying it's of the same level as Prime 2 which is already worse than Prime 1. It also looks significantly nicer than Prime 2 so I don't know why you're trying to say it has worse graphics.
Also my first Metroid was Fusion and I think that one's just ok
