An example of this would be something like baldur's gate 3, or any strategy game. >If a game has absolutely no story outfit a flimsy pretext for why you're doing what you're doing that is perfect fine with meOkay, but that's not what is happening in tears of the kingdom. the story is there, with custcenes and all that, and your actions are directly involved with the story, but it's just boring and uninspired, probably written over the course of a day or two.
