Liquidators. You have to drain the water in the basement of Chernobyl without drowning or being irradiated to death. Only game I've ever seen make inanimate matter scary.

I like dreadout a lot. Extremely rough gameplay, but everything else is soul.

Spirit Hunter 1-3, consisting of Death Mark, NG, and Death Mark 2. 3 visual novel/point and click hybrids with good art, music, and jump scares that can be turned off by vaginas.
Really great and since they are funded by the director on Kickstarter with 3 successful ones so far, I don't have to give a shit about my sales since they are successful before ever hitting Switch/PC.
