Yeah, he wasn't super great. He did genuinely love video games, but he just was bad at running a game console company. The best thing that he did was Nintendo Switch. Everything else was kinda shit. I did like the attempt at innovation with the wii motion controllers but it did suck at working and the 3rd party support was horrid for most of his tenure. I did like that he helped out the first party dev teams a lot. His attacks on emulators and ROM sites sucked.
