Edgy weapons in the game are sometimes so fucked up. Like in one match you can cut your enemy in half with a very weak swing and on another match you can die in the literal last second where your enemy is dropping from getting his throat cut because the point of his axe/halberd/spear is pointing a little bit against your leg and you get mutilated. But it's kinda silly.

It seems to be a bit random. Sometimes you can recover and keep fighting after losing a hand, sometimes you just clutch your stump and are effectively dead unless you can manage an incredibly good kick or headbutt.

There's 0 chance this comes out with multiplayer and like 10% chance it ever gets multiplayer. If you play anything other than 1v1 you can see the engine struggles to calculate the collisions and movement even on local specially with armor on

You can cut through all enemies except the toughest full plate knights with a halfsworded hatchet. Even the war axe sucks compared to it because it seems like the collision of the hatchet head somehow goes through armor easier.

My biggest dissapointment are all the warhammers they suck ass at least the heavy maces are pretty good.
