When the MiG appeared people were warned that as it clones everything down to the unique cart ID, the chances of some dickless wonder cloning a bunch of carts and then selling them is non-zero. That appears to be what happened in this case. Wanker is busy playing MK8 on his MiG cart emulator, poor sod who bought the genuine physical logs on at the same time, Nintendo servers see two switches playing the same unique ID, bans it.

What's funny is I believe it because I've had NOA staff personally ask me for weird stuff like this before.
