elden ring pvp is dogshit but the pve part of shadow of the erdtree is good. I liked the world better in the DLC than the main game, the dungeon areas were stronger.

online is dead and the few who play are gameruining hackers.

Difficulty isn't bad, just it's a smaller world so there's more hard things up front. Skip them and do other stuff.
Collect the scadu pieces, they amazingly level you up.

It's an amazing DLC overall.

People use seamless co-op if they're playing with buddies, so the main people on vanilla match-making servers are gankers using taunter's tongues.

There's nothing autistic about Elden Ring PVP
It's a more technical PVP where you have to get used to learning some counters to certain moves and ashes of wars and spells instead of two dudes trying to rollcatch each other, which filters a lot of """veterans""", but it's a great PVP

The standard dodi repack comes with an optional cracked multiplayer client to use through a popular multiplayer mod.
Just note that it uses a different save format than the main game so you have to stick to one or the other and you really can't swap between.

I haven't played much online so I can't really say if it's worth 33 bucks, but the singleplayer has some of the most rewarding exploration I've ever seen in a game. Make sure to explore every nook and cranny, there are a LOT of well hidden secret areas that are extremely cool and 100% missable if you rush through it
