I agree that Wald isn't great right now. Everyone else got massive buffs and while I'm thankful for 360B being a true punish now, that wasn't enough to get us back to high tier like on release.

He was top tier on release because of the damage. His downsides still existed, but a lot of Wald's nemesis were undertuned and Wald got damage buffs across the board, including GRD break bonus damage. But now that everything has been more or less ironed out, he's trickled back down to about mid tier, which isn't the worst. But there are characters who can shit out more damage with none of our downsides.
