why do you have to make a fool of yourself. You can live without video games. It is simple "luxury" items for those with too much free time and not courage to go live real life instead.

And the original has plenty of good mods already, I doubt many people will bother recreating them again for this.
should've at least updated the graphics so it looks on par with Company of heroes
how the fuck a 21 year old game needs at least a quad core CPU and 8 gigs of ram is beyond me

I can't, but if it means being able to play all the mods without them crashing, I'd happily pay the 20 bongers for it. The backwards compatibility seems like a stretch, yet I hope its true.
