Who the fuck cares about native/internal resolution if the image quality is 4K? It’s like those fans arguing over cyberpunk on deck vs handheld mode on S2 where they’re both similar but they think the deck is better because of 2 extra frames in one scene in a digital foundry video. Meanwhile the S2 image quality handheld is 1080p and the deck is well below this with a blurry upscaler that does not compete. DLSS counts, fuck the internal res.

Yes, if you bought the game you don't have to buy it again even if you play it on stronger hardware. It's just a benefit of owning a Switch 2 that many Switch 1 games get free performance patches, in this case going from 900p to 4K.
