Meal prepping saves a lot of time and i dont work very far from home. I usually get about 10 hours of gaming a week this way.
If i don't have plans for a weekend, it's about 6-10 hours extra.

Dude, I work 12 hour shifts. When I come home I still often play an hour or so of pubg or something to unwind.

The trick is to not have videogames be your entire life, but desu that comes with age anyway. If that is unacceptable it's perfectly fine to forego a social/romantic life if that is what you so desire.
