It is kino, but dont go around saying its the best. Its a pretty average game. The vibe is cool, the character designs and environments are cool, arius was funny, and despite what people say dante really does feel like dante in the end
But it is a little rough around the edges and lacks ambition. Comparing it to something like dmc3 or 4, the power gap is too big
