Lmao same, I actually liked Dad of Boy for what it was, but this whole “TLOU2 meets Dark Souls with weighty themes” pitch feels like a shotgun blast of buzzwords. Faith anchors? Gliders?? Just mash every game of the last ten years into a blender and pray Druckmann peppers in enough slow pan camera drama and whisper-talking NPCs. Not hopeful, but morbidly curious.

Im the only one on /v/ intelligent enough to be interested in this.

If they were still making uncharted games id be disappointed, but i just cope that the reason uncharted games have to be bad, is because of the time the first one was released. Theyve proved themselves not only with TLOU1 AND 2. But with having the foresight to understand that fulfilling their initial vision of TLOU1 ai in the Part 1 remake was ESSENTIAL for realizing the true gameplay potential of TLOU1.

Let us just PRAY and hope that these are no longer the same devs that thought Uncharted was a good enough series to deserve 4 games.
