It's developed by the Odyssey tream and appears to be built using the same engine, and if nothing else has similar light and texture rendering as Odyssey.
But gameplay wise it doesn't appear to resemble Odyssey much at all. Banandium does not appear to be equivalent to Odyssey's moons, and the movement options appear to be very different in both style and execution. All while the game appears to have a comparably huge focus on terrain destruction and combat.

It's Banjo Kazooie X Wario World. Not Mario Odyssey.
