It'll get scores in the high 8s/low 9s and will be compared positively to past DK games and deemed a GOTY contender, but will be out of contention by the end of the year and won't even have the legacy that Odyssey had (being Youtubers' favourite content farm). Journos could easily suck its dick that hard. Odyssey itself didn't deserve anywhere remotely near a 97 and it's the S2's only game for who knows how long. Journos suck off big publishers and rabid fanbases for ad revenue and early access. it's CPU heavy. Devs put it too much with the enviromental destruction and didn't realized that it's too much for the console too handle

also if you destroy something, many times you can see some smaller rocks moving realistically. So that means they also used the Physx feature which also impacts performance a bit.
