It was removed earlier this week but they put the latest enigma on it so it needed to be actually cracked instead of just use a steam emu.

I checked some gameplay. It was a guy running to a thing, holding down R1 for 2 seconds, collecting 5 glowing resource orbs and then repeating that process another 7 times.

It's Capcom's go to DRM for when they're too cheap to afford Denuvo. They added it to pretty much their entire catalog on PC. It's just malware. Doesn't really stop piracy because it's made by third worlders.
