Does anyone know what is going on at Microsoft with Xbox production? The store I work at hasn't received a shipment in months, but we get PS5's regularly.

I had a guy come in asking if we were out, and I had to tell him that I don't know when we're going to get more in because they simply don't send them to use anymore. The last Xbox shipment we got was about a month ago. I just wonder if it's happening nation-wide, or maybe it's just for certain retail outlets/stores. You never know with production or distribution issues.

Hell, the Switch 2 is still fairly new, and yet the delivers have been sparse at best. I'm sure it's like that everywhere across the nation. We've had only one shipment of Switch 2's come in since they first launched, and I THINK we might be getting some in another 5-6 days. I'm more curious about the fucking Xbox delivers. We usually always got them in regularly like the PS5's, but now? They just aren't coming in. These are XSX and XSS. Those are the only models we sell.

Go to US Costco's website and search for Xbox. No consoles are carried there. Canada's Walmart only carries Xbox from third party resellers. Most of Europe and The Middle East region doesn't even have Xbox in stock. It's a dead console brand trying to pretend it's alive to keep GamePass subscriptions active.
