I don't remember and I don't know much about the guy, but didn't he come in when they were already starting their downtrend? If anything, I see him as a tard-wrangler, but the groundwork for the damage was already placed before he got in position. If he can get rid of the DEI/ESG people and tell Nomura and Nojima to get their storytelling autism under control, they'd be better. Also to tell gameplay designers to stop chasing trends that are already years too late. The only issue is without ESG funding, will they even have enough money to produce games?
