What do you consider unfinished though? Don't be an entitled retard. Even games without dlc are perfectly serviceable as entertainment. A game having many features as dlc doesn't mean it is unfinished, the point of the base game is to give you entertainment, extra features are exactly that, extra.

at my old apartment, i tried training one these guys to bring me change by tossing one french fries with some lawrys on them to make him my friend, then i started tossing a quarter at him instead of a fry, and i'd throw him a fry when he picked up the coin. I thought the plan was foolproof, he caught on by like day 2, day 4 he even started bringing his girl over for fries. They were adorable, he'd pick up the quarter, walk over to me and throw it down then go back to her, then after getting the fry he'd run back over, grab the quarter, give it to her, and she'd cautiously just drop it on the floor and wait for the fry. I thought that he'd clue in and start bringing me change he found while flying around in exchange for food. Unfortunately I guess he figured anything shiny would do, and by week 2 they started bringing me paperclips, dozens of them. Somewhere in their territory this lil guy and his girl had access to like a bulk office box of paperclips somewhere. The worst part is that i kept leaving out food for them because they were just really cute and i didn't want to hurt their feelings. When I moved out after the lease ran up they were still bringing me paperclips.

I think it's for pigging? there's an inspection station just behind the curve, it might be there to force PIG's to get stuck instead of just tearing all the way down the pipeline unimpeded if something goes wrong.
