Freedom, Clear Sky, Ecologists and Army would utilize them as combatants, field scientists or "civilians" that chill in settlements and take care of equipment or work as nurses and such. Bandits/Renegades and Loners probably rape any woman that would join them after a while. Mercs and Duty wouldn't field them. Monolith could have a few brainwashed female stalkers.

realistically - almost all of them, as part of various sex trafficking rings. The zone eats whatever goes in. There would be no enforcement. at best >>715338402 is likely, but it would probably be understood quickly enough the women are an entertainment resource for most of the factions that can't/won't leave. Duty in particular may have committed/motivated military men, but they all need to recoup, and it is frankly way easier to bring supplies in, than transit off duty back and forth.
Women would come in, but they would rarely if ever return.
