The enhanced editions take like 3-4 times as much space, perform like shit on the latest hardware, and look worse. Basically the usual for remasters/remakes/enhanced editions of any games released these past 10 years.

They added better gamepad controls and removed all the soviet iconography. They're only really worth playing if you don't have access to the originals.

More stable than the base but modded originals are much better. Also dialogues were rerecorded in Ukrainian instead of standard Russian, which is more true to the location but feel free to call them nafo trannies for it.

It's for butthurt reasons only, like removing other content. Yes, the region is inside of Ukraine, but the story implies it's a convergence spot of countries and nations outside, and Russian is the suited lingua franca in the Zone

They're all around downgrades.
All USSR icons were removed, as was RUS dub.
The new Engine is bpurry and smudgy , and the modding is extremely restricted compared to the OGs.
Play the original versions.
