Cartoony immersive sim game set in Hell would be cool, but realisticly speaking it would depend on what sort of budget and dev team you have, what type of games they have experience or passion to design. Stealth-assassination-oriented Hitman-style game was my first thought, then ps2 era platformers, and finally Persona 5, with how stylized and character and animation focused it allows the presentation to be.
