Wish NPCs had more to do, and their equipment/stats mattered more. I'd love to actually outfit and have the misfits go on a proper raid against the Legion. I usually buy decent gear then reverse pickpocket onto NPCs but it hardly matters.

It's surprising how few quests have you giving equipment to an NPC in either Morrowind, Oblivion, Fallout 3, New Vegas, Skyrim or Fallout 4 given it feels like the engine is built precisely for stuff like that. For Skyrim especifically, outfitting a party of squadmates all with their enchanted armor and gear and jewelry and artifacts and stuff, and seeing it reflected in their models in real time... more fun than it has any right to be

Conniving women and court politics actually making a difference is a level of world interaction even most RPGs won't do too much of. But I think there should be more games that give characters "intrigue" stats like in CK, it's a stat that really fits female characters.
