I like games where I can be a cute/beautiful girl, and I especially like the idea of being a beautiful princess and I love playing games where I can dress up or customize the outfits of girls.

Yes I play and enjoy the atelier games, including the one where you play as a princess, and what I like about those is I get to have an adventure and make friends with people in a magical anime world. Also I like all of the idolmaster games because you can dress up cute characters and sing, but I usually just watch the stories for those on youtube.

Has any new game come out like this in the past two years or so other than Infinity Nikki?

The Rhapsody games don't have customization but you may like them (especially the first two games, available on Switch and PC). Also both Hopping Girl Kohane games, they are very fun and have a lot of unlockalbe outfits.

Not new but you can try Hat World New Testament. No custimzation but all the girls are cute and there's multiple stories to play through.

not new but have you played any of the princess maker type games? also any game with create a character like fantasy life or niohlikes or what have you. stellar blade has dress up too.

Doll's Nest has some really strong customization, but it's a mech game first, dress up second. You can always see your outfits, but it's primarily an action game/souls-similar.
